REQUESTING SERVICES

Requests can be made using the links at the right of this page. First priority for ORDRCC Core resources will be given to approved COBRE or ORDRCC Investigators. All other requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND OPEN ACCESS COMPLIANCE

Presentations and publications involving ORDRCC consultations, services, or resources must cite P30AR073750 and other relevant grants, per NIH regulations. Investigators who receive ORDRCC Core support implicitly agree to name the appropriate Cores and personnel in all publications and presentations where these resources are used.

Additionally, all investigators shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure timely and accurate compliance with the NIH open access policy. Please contact Mary Flynn (mary-flynn@omrf.org) for assistance with PMCID members as needed.

Please provide the publication drafts to the Cores prior to submission to ensure that funding sources and collection contributors are acknowledged.

DATA AND SAMPLE USE AGREEMENTS

Sample and Data requests can be completed after the proposed project has received approval.

Samples, de-identified clinical data, and experimental data are provided with the understanding that all institutional policies regarding human subject research (IRB approvals) will be followed. Material transfer agreements are to be executed prior to shipping/sending any samples or data outside of the institution. When the Core provides samples to individuals within OMRF, all requests will require documentation of an IRB approved study. When the Core provides samples to individuals outside of OMRF, all requests will require documentation of an IRB approved study, FWA # of approving IRB, and documentation of execution of a MTA before samples or data will be provided.
