Lupus Family Registry and Repository: This resource provides serum, plasma, DNA, and immortalized cell lines from patients with ACR criteria for SLE classification along with unaffected blood relatives. This historical registry and repository, originally started by Drs. John Harley and Kathy Moser-Sivils in 1992, has recently been incorporated into the Oklahoma Rheumatic Disease Research Core Centers (ORDRCC). Sample and data requests must be obtained through the ORDRCC.
The Oklahoma Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis Cohort Collection: Longitudinal collections of DNA and serum samples from SLE patients, RA patients, and individuals with anti-phospholipid antibodies.
Oklahoma Influenza Vaccination Response Cohort: This cohort was created to examine the influenza vaccination responses in 150 SLE patients compared to 150 matched controls. Serum, plasma, DNA, and cell samples are available for use after user approval.
Clinical Immunology Serum Repository: A collection of serum samples from over 50,000 individuals either suspected of or having a rheumatic disease.
The Oklahoma Pediatric Lupus Registry and Repository: This cohort is comprised of serum samples from pediatric SLE patients and matched controls from Oklahoma and surrounding areas.
The Oklahoma SLE Case Control Genetic Collection: A collection of SLE patients and matched controls. Samples available include serum and DNA.
Oklahoma Immune Cohort: A collection of serum, plasma, DNA, and cell samples from 1,000 unaffected healthy controls from Oklahoma.
